  • Shipping

    Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and ship your order.

    Standard Shipping: USPS (2 to 5 Business Days once processed).

    Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be updated in your confirmation email.

    We currently do not ship internationally right now.

  • Cancel Your Order

    Please contact us immediately if you would like to change or cancel your order. If the order has not been shipped, we will gladly process your request.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

    Lotties cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages when the USPS or FedEx tracking system shows that the package was delivered.

    In the event that your package was lost, you can file a claim through USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or with your local police department.

  • Returns

    Due to the importance of hygiene, we cannot accept returns if the product has been removed from original packaging and tried on.

    The item(s) being returned must be unworn and accompanied by original packaging within 7 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately we do not accept returns that are past the 7 day/ 1 week delivery time frame. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

    Lotties reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise or may ban a customer from completing future purchases, if it is determined that a customer has a history of abusing the returns policy.

    All SALE items are final. No returns or exchange.

  • Wholesale Return Policy

    All exchanges and returns must be made within 48 hours from the time you receive your order. Please contact us to initiate your return.

    All items must be in brand new condition.

    ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, DAMAGED, AND/OR ALTERED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. MERCHANDISE MARKED AS CLEARANCE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.

    We currently carry one size that fits most.
    Fits women shoes size 6-10.
